Sometimes we commit ourselves to our plans instead of committing our plans to God. We become self-seeking, self-righteous, seeking self-glory. Whether you’re striving for healing, restoring, building, expanding, or learning, trying to achieve any of these goals this way is always going to be an uphill battle at best.
Set impossible goals and give up trying to do them on your own. Instead seek God, let Him know that you can’t do this on your own. Ask Him for what you need in order to achieve your dreams. Then get to work Knocking on doors so they can be opened for you. Keep thanking and worshipping Him expecting Him to answer.
Today commit ALL that you to God. Remember when God is getting the glory, ALL your faith driven goals will succeed.
Heavenly Father, if any plan or goal I have is self-seeking or doesn’t bring you all the glory, please remove it from me. Jesus I need you. I can’t do this on my own. I do not have the resources, fiances, time, experience, or knowledge to do this without You. Holy Spirit thank You for helping to accomplish all my faith driven goals.
